• The data we collect about you 

We collect, use, store and transfer the following personal data: 

- Identity data 

- Contact details 

- Sensitive data (medical/clinical data) of the consultant 

• How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, namely:

- Registering the consultant as a new client and the doctor as the prescribing doctor 

- Registering the requested test, processing and delivering the results 

- Contacting the consultant or prescribing doctor about the test results, where applicable. 

- Billing procedure to the consultant or prescribing doctor. 

• How we share your personal data 

We share the patient's personal data with the prescribing doctor so that we can communicate the test results. Unilabs stores the personal information in its database, which is hosted by cloud service providers. 

• International transfers

We do not transfer, store or process your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless the consultant or prescribing doctor is located outside the EEA.

• Information on your legal rights

Under data protection law with regard to personal data you are guaranteed: 

- the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you; 

- the right to request rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you; 

- the right to request the deletion of your personal data; 

- the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data; 

- the right to request data portability.
